	The first element of business is Purpose, this corresponds to the element Earth. Your purpose is something that supports you; you trust it to always be there for you in one form or another. 	Next by discovering the Vision of how you want your business to grow, you will be able to identify where you may need to change. Your vision should have the properties of the element Metal, think aluminum foil.  It should be strong enough to hold a shape but flexible enough to change easily when needed.
	The power of a strong Plan is like the power of the element Water; its force cannot be held back. The clarity of the vision you develop will allow you to easily create strong effective plans to achieve your goals and dreams. these plans will be the foundation upon which you create your success.
	Just as the tree, the element Wood  grows in a balanced way, the Implementation of a well developed plan will help you to grow your business in such a way as to avoid the pit falls of burn out and frustration. While experiencing the many benefits of financial stability and personal success at helping so many others heal and experience greater levels of wellness.
